Through the agreement, Terremark will provide Mitratech with its Infinistructure utility-computing platform, its managed hosting services and world-class infrastructure.

As a result, Mitratech will be able to provide its customers with maximum assurances with regard to Sarbanes-Oxley legislation by offering greater control of business processes and related data.

TeamConnect Legal will use Terremark's hosting environment to offer the highest-level data security in a SAS 70 Type II-certified hosting service with around the clock network operations center monitoring. Dedicated Mitratech experts will manage all customer applications to deliver optimal configurations and ensure that service level agreements are met.

The managed hosting offering enables TeamConnect Legal customers to quickly implement the system, securely collaborate with outside counsel, reduce the need for internal technical expertise and reduce IT risks.
