April 4, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Technology media publisher iNET Interactive (inetinteractive.com) announced on Tuesday it has acquired two online directories from TechPad Agency (techpadagency.com), Cheap Hosting Directory (cheaphostingdirectory.com) and Website Host Directory (websitehostdirectory.com). The acquired sites were purchased for an undisclosed sum.

The Web sites will be incorporated into iNET Interactive's network, which the company says already includes some of the most comprehensive and authoritative sites serving the Web hosting and Web development sectors including Web Hosting Talk, Hosting Catalog and Host Voice.

Under the terms of the asset purchase, the principal partners at TechPad Agency will continue to work with the acquired sites in a long term consulting role. In particular, TechPad Agency will help with content development across the iNET Interactive network of sites. TechPad Agency will also continue to run its flagship property, The Hosting News while branching into broader Internet ventures.
