Kilguss brings to Internap significant experience in financial management, operations and development, holding positions at publicly traded and privately held technology companies as well as the investment banking sector.

He was most recently the chief financial officer at Internet service provider Towerstream, where he led the company's initial public offering, helped develop and execute the strategic plan and raised the proper capital to thrust the company into eight new markets.

He also previously served as the chief financial officer at Canadian telecommunications provider, Stratos Global. Kilgus has also had hands-on experience with capital markets and a wide range of merger and acquisition activities across industries, having been a partner at Riparian Partners and a VP at Fleet Financial Group's Investment Bank.

Earlier this month, Internap signed a five-year $40 million contract with Web hosting provider SoftLayer Technologies where Internap will deliver data center colocation, route-optimized IP networking and content delivery network services.
