UTICA says that until now, it was provisioning its exchange system manually and needed a platform that could automate its Hosted Exchange in order for the company to increase customer satisfaction and reduce staff work.

UTICA adds that implementing Cortex has helped to unlock the full potential of its services and has prepared the firm to capture a bigger share of the market with new innovative hosted offerings based on Microsoft technologies.
