Road warrior functionality enables businesses to extend their office communications to traveling or work-from-home employees regardless of their location, underlying access network or endpoint device. It also enables SMBs to connect multiple offices, mobile employees and telecommuters as if they were all located under one roof.
OrcaDial delivers click-to-dial functionality across multiple applications, enabling users to highlight a phone number in a desktop application and establish a call by pressing the F10 key. It works with diverse desktop applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Adobe PDF files. OrcaDial also allows users to click on phone numbers displayed in Web pages or email clients to initiate calls.
