KDDI provides fixed and mobile communications services to almost 30 million subscribers throughout Japan, and offers SaaS-based business communication-ware service accessible from both PC and cellular devices. The telecommunications provider selected Ensim Unify as its solution for all hosted services, enabling it to provision users, applications and devices via a single management portal.
Unify platform has more than a dozen pre-integrated service managers for services such as Hosted Exchange 2007, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics Hosted CRM and BlackBerry. This enables carriers and providers to create, deliver and bundle hosted services, as well as expand service offerings and integrate new applications on demand.
