Gold Hill Capital (goldhillcapital.com) and Greylock Partners (greylock.com) also participated in the transaction.

Panther Express, which was founded by the former CEO of DoubleClick, Kevin P. Ryan, says it will be using the funds for international expansion and further infrastructure investment to support its growing list of customers.
In just over two years, Panther Express says it has established an international client base of 250 customers across a broad range of markets including video and audio delivery, podcasting, ad serving, Web hosting, gaming, traditional publishers and social networking companies.
