February 28, 2006 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Email hosting provider Habeas (habeas.com) announced on Tuesday it has signed a new partnership with Internet security firm VeriSign (verisign.com). The partnership will provide greater value for VeriSign's SSL certificate holders by extending the reach of its verified domains list while enabling Habeas to leverage the VDL as part of its email sender identification background check.
The partnership enables Habeas' receiver partners, as well as the ISPs and enterprises that use the Habeas SafeList, to benefit from the VeriSign identity validation processes now available to Habeas sender certification.
Habeas says senders who meet its certification requirements achieve high email deliverability rates from ISPs and Enterprises. Habeas processes more than 100,000,000 queries every day from around the world against the Habeas SafeList.
