February 19, 2008 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Dedicated hosting provider The Planet (theplanet.com) announced on Monday it is offering two limited-time promotions.
The first promotion doubles the bandwidth on new server orders at no extra charge, as well as waives the $25 setup fee. The deal runs through February 24, or while limited promotional supplies last.
The second promotion offers a $50 discount on select Kentsfield servers until March 2, or while limited quantities last. The servers, which start at $209 per month, are available in the company's six world-class data centers. The Kentsfield 3210 Series-SATA include 2048MB RAM, 250GB hard drive, 2500GB of bandwidth and an Intel Xeon 3210 Quad Core processor.
