February 19, 2008 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Data center operator Peak 10 (peak10.com) announced on Tuesday that it has appointed Bill Cashman its virtualized services manager.
Under this newly-created position, Cashman will be responsible for enhancing, implementing and delivering Peak 10's virtualized services while providing technical leadership, product management and sales support for the entire virtualized services department.
"Previously, as a senior systems engineer at Peak 10 Jacksonville, Bill played a key role in the design and implementation of Peak 10's current virtualization platform and is the logical choice to shepherd and drive our continued growth in this area," says Monty Blight, vice president and general manager of managed services for Peak 10. "Peak 10 remains focused on providing the newest and best technology solutions to our clients. With Bill's extensive certifications and first-hand industry knowledge and expertise, he is the perfect person to head up this effort for Peak 10."
Earlier this month, Peak 10 began providing information technology services for food outlet provider, Flash Foods, from its recently opened second Jacksonville, Florida data center.
