ControlScan says Superior Commerce sought the partnership to expand its product offerings and to meet mandatory requirements for compliance with PCI credit card processing security standards. ControlScan says that, as an authorized PCI scanning vendor, it is able to perform the quarterly scanning and provide the annual self-assessment questionnaire required for compliance.
Superior Commerce customers that decide to use ControlScan's Internet security and marketing services will also receive business background reviews and be kept up to date with online privacy laws. Following the reviews, companies will have access to business background review certification that will identify them as safe to do business with.
