January 16, 2006 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting provider Spiderhost (spiderhost.com) announced on Friday that it had acquired the shared hosting and colocation accounts of Zynergy. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Zynergy, based in Clearwater, Florida, is a business idea consultancy.
"The acquisition allows us to continue growth in a way that ensures the highest possible level of customer service," says Dale Frohman, president of Spiderhost. "It also allows Zynergy the additional resources to focus on its core mission. We welcome our new clients, and are ready to meet all of their needs."
Spiderhost says the changeover will be completed by January 15, 2006.
