If you can also sing “Happy Birthday” backwards while doing so, you may have what it takes!nWe’re looking for someone who has mastered the science of getting the most out of your development teams and the art of delivering compelling, feature-rich project demos that leave your customer’s happy and excited for the next one.nPrimary Responsibilities: n n n

Lead one or more Agile Development Teams (local and/or remote)

Coach Agile Practices

Ensure Agile Disciplines are being maintained

Lead multiple projects simultaneously

Work closely with Senior Management, Customers and other Departments

Identify risks, change management, issue resolution and communications

Develop innovative strategies for project delivery

Develop continuous improvement strategies

nQualifications:n n

1-3 years of experience leading multiple IT projects simultaneously

Experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master

Proven ability to build customer relationships and develop strategies to respond to customer needs

Strong communication skills

Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams

Experience managing offshore development teams is a major plus
