Web hosting provider HostMySite.com reported in early June that it had been acquired by Wachovia Capital Partners, the private equity arm of the Wachovia Corporation bank.
Since then, the company has undergone a few significant changes (including the appointment of some new executives) and while at Tier 1 Research’s Hosting Transformation Summit, we caught up with Art Zeile, a veteran to the hosting industry and the new CEO of HostMySite.
