While at SWsoft’s Global Hosting Summit, we also checked out Isabel Wang and David Snead’s session titled, “Web Hosting 2007 Potentials and Pitfalls” where the two industry experts discussed apparent industry trends and options to best monetize products and services as well as how companies could identify and isolate legal risks associated with the adoption of new business models.
As you’ll see in the video, Isabel also takes a strong stand on the virtues of virtualization, a common theme throughout the event, while David points out the biggest issues with trying out new business models, namely privacy and security.
