Today’s video is our fifth installment of our ongoing series PEER 1: The building of a data center.
If you’ve been following along, you’re well aware that WHIR tv has been documenting the building of PEER 1‘s latest data center in Toronto, Canada. The progress in the past few months has been astounding. You’ll see in today’s video some comparisons from our first visit in August with how the data center is looking now. Construction is nearing completion and plans for an official opening are slated for this March. I’m no construction buff, but there’s no denying that seeing something start from nothing and turn into something so detailed in such a short time is impressive. WHIR tv will be there as they put the final touches on the state of the art data center but in the meantime, check out our video here.
