Merger Acquisition and Cloud Valuation Videos From Parallels Summit 2010

Parallels Summit 2010 was definitely worth the time and trip to Miami —- as promised I did some video, primarily on M&A topics…here is a brief list of some of the videos we produced:

1.    Statement from Liam Eagle – Editor of the WHIR

2.    Walk around (about 1/10) of the exhibit floor, much larger than Las Vegas – I would guess 5 fold.

3.    Interview with Steve Lesem  President/CEO Mezeo – Cloud Storage Plafform Providers

4.    View of the Fontainebleau – big building…

5.    Cloud M&A Valuation Seminar by Paul Stapleton of DH Capital – about 60%+ of entire presentation – I don’t think there is any other video of this.(4 parts)

6.    M&A Conversation with Paul Stapleton of DH Capital — He and I make some interesting comments about 2009 and what to expect for M&A in 2010 – including the cloud.

7.    There are several more of the beginning of a few keynotes – most of these are available elsewhere…

For the M&A and valuation buffs #5 and #6 will probably be the most interesting. BTW those numbers have nothing to do with how the videos are presented on the linked page.

Oh yes – there is a video of a bar with a blue floor – you feel like you are walking on water — hey it’s Miami!

To view any of those videos go the UStream TV Channel: Parallels Summit 2010 Miami I produced.

I will  write on the Summit later.

Later Tom – Or Meet me in NYC at the WHIR Networking Event Thurs March 25th.
