Phoenix NAP was promoting its services throughout the year prior to its official launch, during the facility’s construction phase, and throughout the commissioning period. McClarty discusses the nature of Phoenix NAP’s pitch prior to, and following, the opening of the facility’s doors.
He discusses the kinds of operational considerations a facility like Phoenix NAP must make, both when attempting to attract carriers into its facility, as well as when working with hosting providers as customers.
Finally, McClarty discusses the rate at which new business is occupying the facility, and how soon he expects to begin work on building out additional phases of the facility.
