HostingCon 2008 – Exhibit Hall Setup Shots

I can’t say how excited people are to see stuff like this, but I’m a fan of watching things like this come together, so hopefully it’s of at least some interest to you.

The exhibit hall here at HostingCon doesn’t open until Tuesday, but I stepped in there for a few minutes Monday morning to grab some photos of the setup process.

Exhibit Hall Setup From Above

Here’s a sort of birds-eye view shot of the whole exhibit hall from a window that opens onto the area from upstairs.

Networking Lounge, Setup

Here’s a shot of the networking lounge we’re sponsoring, obviously very early in its setup. Booth 627. Make sure you stop by once the exhibit hall opens up. There will be refreshments, and I’m willing to bet you will need to be refreshed.

The Google Booth, Boxed

Google has a booth at HostingCon this year, which is definitely something new. Obviously, you can’t see what they’re going to be offering or promoting just yet, but I’m very interested to find out.

Microsoft and Parallels Booth Setup

Parallels and Microsoft (this is a view from just inside the exhibit hall entry door), early frontrunners in the “most ostentatious” category.

There are a few more setup pictures on our Flickr feed, which will be overflowing with fantastic photos as the event unfolds. I’ll get a few more of the exhibit hall once it gets a bit more complete.
