Cast your vote for our web hosting all star team

With the October 2009 issue of WHIR magazine, we wanted to do something a little different from anything we’ve ever done before, and offer you an opportunity to participate in the editorial process.

We decided to do that by creating an “all star team” of notable hosting personalities, divided according to certain disciplines or areas of expertise, and chosen by our readers from a ballot.

Let me clarify early on – lest anyone, reader or subject, become too invested in the outcome – this is not a kind of award or official endorsement. It’s a kind of unofficial recognition and, more importantly, an exercise in participatory journalism, wherein we let our readers decide who they want to read about.

The process is simple: fill out your ballot; submit it. Then, keep an eye out for the October issue of WHIR magazine. We’ll keep you posted on who your combined votes select for the magazine.

Here’s a link to the web hosting all star team ballot, which you can also reach by clicking on the bubble at the top of the page.

Thank you for taking part.
